Period and horrible cramps a week into my pack

Okay so I’m on LoLoestrin and I’ve been on it for about 6 months.

I just started a new pack and talked to my doctor about changing my pill time. She said take it an hour before until I reach the desired time.

So I took it at 9pm originally and then took an hour before until I reached 6pm

I did it at the beginning of my pack so I already had my period on the placebos and now I’m a week and a half into the pack.

Today I got super bad cramping with very little blood. But I thought I was literally gonna pass out or puke. I haven’t had cramps this bad since I started taking birth control.

I’m gonna text my doctor in the morning, but I wanted to see if anyone may have any answers.

Granted I’ve been under a lot of stress and idk if that may throw it off or if changing the time just messed my cycle up.
