School Period.

I'm In High school and I hate starting my periods cause I'm always afraid I will bleed and it will stain my pants. I wear a pad yes but still what if it's not enough? Im very insecure so I don't want to go during class. I know this is normal for young ladies but, I'm just so shy and everything. My time between classes is way to short for me to use the bathroom. And I don't want to ask a girl if she can look to see if I have blood on my pants. I'm so shy. Can anyone give advise? 😳
