Does anyone know what these could be?

They are all over my legs, back of my thighs and my butt. They almost look like ant bites but I would’ve felt them. The dont itch, or burn. They aren’t bed bug bites, or mosquito bites. I’m going to the doctor soon though!! Please help and if you know what they could be please lmk!!

Update!! (I’m the anonymous poster) I went to the doctor and he said it was just something from the grass. He said it wasn’t chiggers or ants because if they would be itchy and I would feel it but he gave me some cream and they are starting to go away thank you everyone for your advice!!

Maybe chiggers if you’ve been in grass or outside a bunch??

It looks like razor bumps to me, you could’ve had a reaction to the razors you’re using

I got bit by ants when I was in California and I didnt feel it till I realized my legs were itchy and had swollen lumps everywhere
