So I’ve heard if a man is texting a co worker that is a female outside of work that it’s seen as him not respecting the relationship. Well okay if he’s just talking to her as a friend would that really be an issue. Yeah if they’re flirting back and forth it’s a problem but I’m talking just on a friend zone level.

Does it mean he’s disrespectful for having a female coworkers number and they’re friends?
