Hamstring cramp - I’ve had it since 8pm

So I went out today for a good 5 hours with basically non stop walking, and I paused on my workout routine so my schedule was a bit off.

Anyway I got home and my hamstring (upper thigh I’m pretty sure) started to cramp and it only got worse since I didn’t take enough notice to stop.

I was definitely dehydrated and I’m assuming that was one of the reasons, and cramped on the train.

So now it’s 4am and my cramp is really bad, and I’ve still had it and I’m struggling to relieve it. Any suggestions? I’m so tired and I haven’t gotten any sleep and I just can’t seem to sleep, especially with the cramp. It’s really painful.

So I’ve been googling and doing some research and it turns out I may have a hamstring strain (mild or partial)

And

I need to get rid of it ASAP since school starts soon and I have things to do tomororw!
