Doctor or a counsellor??

Hello everyone.

I’ve been struggling, feeling down, depressed, sad, useless etc. I’ve never really talked about this professionally to anyone and I think it’s time to. I’ve got so much on my mind and chest I just need to express. I am not the best at this but would I need to see a doctor first or a counsellor? I am legit not surprised if I am diagnosed with something or not. I just wanna speak with someone about it the right way.
