First ultrasound today! Super nervous

Hi guys.. My beta hcg levels are 4000 as of yesterday. My first ultrasound is scheduled today and I am super nervous.. Just praying for it to be healthy and uterine. I have mild cramping with no spotting and sore breasts. Hope everything turns out well..

Were you also anxious about your first ultrasound? Are there chances of ectopic pregnancy with no symptoms?
