Booking in appt tomorrow

So it’s my booking in appt tomorrow and I’m somewhere between 7w+5 to 8w+3. We are going for a private ultrasound after as well. Decided to test again this pm 16.30 and only had the tiniest amount of pee! So happy to see such a dark line...hoping that’s a positive sign!
