Extreme period 😩 TMI

So I’ve always had heavy periods but this period seems to be exceptionally heavy.. I literally feel like I’m pushing clots out every time I go to the toilet..

I have PCOS, and TTC this month but got AF at 10DPO... This is the 3rd day of a very heavy flow and just one picture of the sort of thing I’m passing.. the second is from wiping but is small in comparison to what I’ve had today..

I’m needing to change a super plus tampon every 20-30mins and am I’m in complete agony.. have spent the last two days in bed 😫

Tips or advice on heavy flows would be helpful 🤷🏽‍♀️😩 help a girl in pain put!
