Help! I think I’m hallucinating 😂

I am 4 days late now . Yesterday I started having bad lower back cramps as well as today . I am a bit nauseous also. I took a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative . I decided to take one today and this is what came up . Maybe I’m just wanting to see a second line after two late miscarriages but what do you guys think?
