This is my first cycle with letrozole. I am currently CD14. Went in for my 4th ultrasound and bloodwork today and my RE told us that based on my results it appeared that things were stagnant and my follicles were not getting any bigger. He is having me take another 5 days of Letrozole at a higher dose (5 mg). I originally took letrozole 2.5 mg CD 2-6. I had ultrasounds and bloodwork on CD 2, CD 9, and CD11. It looks like a developed about 6 follicles >10mm (size range 11-14 mm). But that they didn’t progress. I’m just wondering if anyone has gone through something similar... having to take Letrozole twice in one cycle.
