Overthinking and stress
I’m stressing about ABSOLUTELY everything, and overthinking absolute everything to the extreme, leading to extreme headaches, I’ve been to the doctors and he said it was all stress.
It’s ruining me, I’m usually a happy cheerful girl, but for the past 2-3 days I’ve been terrible, I feel so bad.
Everything’s been frustrating me, things in dance (which I love more than anything) school work, which starts next week, everything.
I have no idea what’s happening to me but I know i feel really bad about myself and the only person I want to be around is my boyfriend...
