Crispy pork belly and Ramen
Pork belly is just salt&pepper+garlic and onion powders+pinch of raw sugar. Cook at 450°F for 15 mins then down to 275°F for 1-2 hrs depending how many pounds. Broil at the end to crisp the skin.
In the ramen I used a pack of chicken ramen with the seasoning packet and added 1 tbsp gochujang, 1tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, splash lime juice, chili paste, coriander leaves and sliced green onions.
