I think Katherine Elise sounds much better, personally and still feels like you’re naming your daughter after her, but it’s not my kid. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I have a very weird style when it comes to names, so I wouldn’t put a ton of stock into it. 
It’s your baby.  Name her whatever you want. 😊
