Has anyone else been told that their placenta is calcifying / has calcium deposits at 30+ weeks.

First time mom here, and I’m trying to keep myself calm here since my doctor said that it’s nothing to be concerned about AT THIS TIME, but it’s something we will be watching. But he explained it to me as it’s a sign that the placenta is ready to give up its duties/is preparing for child birth, and the way he was talking, he made it sound like my due date was VERY tentative and that he may come sooner.

Little man is already head down, and I’ve been joking that he keeps kicking my ribs because he’s trying to jump out, but now I’m starting to think that maybe that’s not a joke anymore 😂

Just wondering if any other moms to be have heard similar things
