Blood after fingering??

HEY GUYS I NEED SOME HELP IM KINDA FREAKING OUT HERE! So tonight my boyfriend and I had a little makeout sesh which lead to pretty much everything but actual sex. And to be quite honest we were being a little aggressive. BUT afterwards he told me he thought he might’ve tasted some blood. So I went to check it out and my panties had a good bit of blood on them, like maybe what you’d expect after leaking once on a light period day. I’m not supposed to start my period for another 2 weeks and I had no idea whether my hymen had been broken yet or not! But if not, I thought it was supposed to be just a few drops of blood. I definitely want to make sure this is okay and we haven’t hurt anything! Please lmk what you think!!
