39 weeks and no sign of labor

I just got to 39 weeks and still no contractions or anything! At my last appointment a few days ago the doctor said baby was high and cervix was not dilated or effaced at all. I’ve been walking and had sex a couple times but getting so impatient now because I thought I’d have some signs of labor coming soon! Anyone relate? I’m a FTM
