Worried about miscarrying again

I sadly miscarried twice in 2018 the first way April and it was a missed miscarriage at 9w2d and then I found out I was pregnant in September but sadly it was a blighted Ovum and we miscarried the pregnancy naturally. I found out I was pregnant last week but now I cant help but worry about losing this baby to. I dont know what to do
