What to bring to daycare?

My son starts daycare on the 3rd. What do I bring? I don’t want his stuff being used on other kids so I’ll be writing his name on everything but besides diapers and wipes and extra clothes is their anything else he needs?

Ask the daycare. They are all different. One had my friend bring 4 packs of wipes a month, to share with the class and a cup to leave there. And no toys.

I would definitely talk to the daycare about what you need to take. They can all be different. For me my daycare supplies everything. They supply diapers, wipes, baby food, and formula. All I had to take was bottles and clothes. Not all daycares provide though and some daycares provide a few items. So speak with them about what all is expected of you.

Definitely ask the daycare what they provide or want but I sent a blanket, a sheet, a stuffy (when she was old enough) bug spray, sunscreen, diapers, wipes, butt cream, extra clothes and sweat shirt, extra socks, a bib, a soppy cup and I had to send food.

I took a few extra pairs of clothes Incase of accidents, a sleeping mat for nap time, his favorite blanket and then the regular stuff. I also pack his lunch everyday.

Ask or look at your contract. Mine specifically asks for 2 sets of extra clothes and bibs on top of the bottles/diapers/wipes. For the baby I gave them a sleep sack since that’s what he uses at home and I send a couple blankets per day because he’s a barfer and he likes playing with them. For my toddler I was asked to bring a stuffed toy at the beginning so there was something familiar for him to cuddle at naptime.
