Question

How soon after going on the pill can you use it to reliably skip your period? Is it like a week? Two? A cycle? Longer? Sorry I’m a bit confused! Thanks in advance.

Definitely ask your dr, she can put you on a brand that specifically won’t cause you to even have a period

You can keep taking it and your period wont come, doesnt matter how long youve been on it. My gyn told me to start taking my first batch of bc pills on the first day of my period, which i did, and ive been taking the pills continuously since then, havent gotten my period in 2 months :) you should ask your gyn how long its safe for you to skip your period for.
