Discharge or leaking

I already called my doctor just waiting for them to call back.

The last few days I have felt off. Cramping in lower tummy and back aches something fierce. I've had some contractions that take my breath away and last almost a minute but nothing consistent from what I can tell. Yesterday I noticed it was harder for me to pee, it didnt hurt and no funny colors or smells just a difficult time going. Last night cramps got a little more intense period like so I laid down to go to bed. Usually i wake up to go to the bathroom at least 4 times and i go a lot last night i only woke up 2 times and barely anything came out but it felt like I had a full bladder. This morning I wake up and my stomach is tight and I notice my discharge is milky and thick and kinda sticky but no smells and no irritation. I go downstairs to make my older kids breakfast and before we leave to go to school I go to the bathroom and notice my panties have about silver dollar size wet spot with some discharge. I go drop them off and come back home which takes about 40 min. When I came back home the wetness is still there but a little bigger. My stomach is getting tight on and off but nothing painful. I was induced with my other two kids so idk what it's like for my water to break or leak on it's own

I never had bladder infections or vaginal infections with them either. Nothing made me concerned like this is. Am I just being paranoid or does it sound like something is going on? I'm 34 weeks and 4 days.
