Worried mom

I’m currently 12 weeks & 5 days Wednesday I had some blood come out and then was spotting.. I went into the E.r said they couldn’t seem to find a reason why I was bleeding and that the baby was fine... yesterday and today I keep having like brown discharge is this normal during pregnancy? First time being pregnant
