obgyn dropped the ball 😫

so 8/26 I found out i was 4 weeks pregnant with our 3rd (4th counting a miscarriage between our girl and boy) I noticed cramping and a little spotting on Wednesday, but then Thursday was horrible cramps and a huge gush of blood like a period and I went thru 2 pads that day. well today, Friday I have not bled at all , but my tests are still blazing positive. Thursday I had a quant lab done to check my levels , they said they would call, but I called around 10 and they said they'll call later today , well I called again at 2 and was told everyone went home early for the weekend (labor day weekend) and said I'd have to wait til Tue! what do I do?! i am at my whits end! I just want to know if it was a miscarriage or not! it felt just like the one I had before, but last time my tests went negative pretty much right after that, but this time my tests are blazing positive!

we will be ok if it is a miscarriage, this baby was definitely not planned, so we will be fine either way, I just want to know!
