Anybody Having Problems with Iron ?

Anybody else having problems with your iron ? What are you taking ? Prentals make me sick so i just started taking Flinstones w/ iron to get my iron levels up . Is this okay ? Will it help ? What can i do or eat to help boost my iron levels up !???

The doctor just put me on iron. I got Furrous Sulfate 325mg it was only 1.65 at Kroger Pharmacy. I was eating iron rich foods everyday but still had low iron hoping this helps.

I had a really hard time with prenatal vitamins also (morning sickness where I threw up 4 or 5 times daily for 20 weeks) and I found gummies were much easier to take. I went with the First Response brand. Also snacked on iron rich foods, I kept cashews in my purse

Eat iron rich foods, and get enough C-vitamin

Eggs are also good.

I have super low iron and take prescription Ferrex which has no side effects for me. It's the only one that has worked for me.
