So I went to planned parenthood on Tuesday to figure out why I was having an itch on the outside of my vagina on one side but the doctor didn’t find anything or any reason as to why I’ve been experiencing it.

She used a speculum to check for any signs of yeast during the exam.

I was sent home with no medication or explanation. She said that everything looked healthy and the problem was probably irritation from a new detergent I used.

That night I used a boric acid suppository because it helps with the itch. I’ve used them for a couple years now whenever I dealt with bv (which btw cleared my bv, life saver”

But that same day I started to feel like I needed to pee ALL the time. It’s so damn aggravating. I also got sti tests and both came back negative (thank god, been with the same guy for almost 2 years so no reason to have anything anyway)

What could have caused me to feel the need to pre frequently? Was it the speculum? The boric acid suppository? Or maybe a UTI? It’s been about 2 & 1/2 days now I’ve been feeling this urge to pee all the time.
