TMI - 30 weeks and looser bowels?!

Question

Sorry to talk bowels but wondering if anyone is in the same boat! 
1st and 2nd trimester I was constipated but recently I’ve been quite loose everyday. Anyone else like this?! 
I’m getting mild acid reflux too and wondering if it’s linked?

Yes, 28 weeks and been loose on and off for a couple weeks! Also seem to be sensitive to sugar and fats in tummy. A little acid reflux, not much or often!

Nooo I'm ok verly constipated right now 😭😭 I was loose all second trimester now I always feel like I have to poo like its constant pressure! But I have had major acid reflux

I started getting this 2 days today, I just turned 30 weeks today. I’ve put it down to hormones and everything moving around
