Hey everyone.

I’m 11 days pp and I’ve been having these sleeping hallucinations that the baby is missing or not in their bassinet. The other night I woke holding a bundle of blanket in my arms and started freaking out because I thought the baby was suffocating somewhere in the blanket.

I woke hubby and he started freaking out thinking I had fallen asleep holding the baby. Then he realized she was still in the bassinet.

The thoughts had me bawling my eyes out and I felt horrible for scaring hubby.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again? It’s the 3rd night in a row.
