Didn’t bother to look down after I peed!

So I got back from my doctor appointment she did a cervix check and when I got home I peed and didn’t look down to see if there’s anything and just flash the toilet! after flashing when I wipe I see this! Scared the crap out of me! But is it because I have my cervix checked? But why is there a small blood cloth? 😩😩
