Eating disorder?
I lost 10 pounds within the last month and I now weigh 120. I work 3am-1pm most days and where I work we don’t get a “lunch break”. It’s more of eat if and when you can. I use to eat when I could but now the thought of food makes me nauseous and I’m not wanting to eat even though I know I need to.
My question is: should I go see and talk to my doctor about this? And do you think it would be a eating disorder?
I have been feeling sick to my stomach at the thought of food and not wanting to eat for 5 months now
