Chemical pregnancy

I had three days of very faint positive tests. Went in on day 4 for blood draw and they said result was negative (less than 1). Haven’t started bleeding yet though. Is it possible to hold out hope? I’m having EWCM now which I don’t get. Wouldn’t I start bleeding when hcg is at 0?
