Honest opinions on Harlow/Harlowe for a girl?

What’s it make you think of? Is it girly & pretty or too masculine? Something else?

Harlow is a town near where i live in the U.K. - think concrete buildings, run down areas and generally just a bit grim. Wouldn’t personally choose to name my child after it! 
Though (as a side note) both my children were born in the hospital there and the care was amazing! Swings and roundabouts!

I really dislike it as it is a town in England that is horrible in my opinion!

Personally I hate it. I know it’s very popular lately but it immediately makes me think harlot and I wouldn’t want that association for my child, even if I liked the sound of the name, which I personally do not.

It’s feminine to me. I like it. Some people think it’s too close to Harlot but I would’ve never thought that until I seen that association on this app.

Love it! That was one of our top 3.  We ended up naming her Stevie, but I’m still obsessed with the name. 💕
