I haven’t had a period in 110 days, since I discontinued depo back in February.

My last period was in April and it lasted for two weeks.

I know I’m not pregnant because the tests all came out negative, and I’m anxious because I gained 20 pounds and I’m all bloated and none of my clothes fit anymore.

My psychiatrist thinks it’s hormonal, and I don’t see a Gynecologist just yet (waiting on my appointment day), but I was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this?

I can’t help but feel like crying and I don’t want to eat because I’m scared of gaining more weight. I wish I would just bleed again, but I don’t know how to make it happen.

I know no one here is a doctor, but has this happened to anyone else? What did you do?
