Anyone else cramping?

6 weeks 4 days today and I’m cramping 😩😖 multiple times a day. Everyone keeps saying “it’s norma it’s normal”. As an L&D nurse I KNOW it is. But I’m still scared. Every time I go to the bathroom I expect to see Aunt Flo showing up for a visit. Please tell me I’m not the only one freaking out. 😭

Yes I’m having the same thing I had some pretty intense cramping this morning and spotting, I went in to the ER so they could check on baby and everything was great they did an ultrasound little one has a heartbeat and my hcg was at 32,000! 😧 6w6d

Even without cramps I get nervous every time I go to the bathroom...just try to take a breath and make sure to smile when it’s not there. The endorphins from the smile will help you relax.
