Vitamin D deficiency
I went to my obgyn after ttc for 14 months with no luck.. she gave me a referral to a fertility specialist but also ran a bunch of tests.. today I got a call from the nurse saying I’m vitamin D deficient and that could be the reason why my cycles are so irregular.. has anyone else been told this or did taking extra vitamin D help you conceive.. by the way I have been on prenatal vitamins this whole time while ttc!
