Anyone 12dpo BFN then BFP later?

How many of you ladies tested negative at 12dpo and then went on to get a BFP? I know I'm not completely out till AF shows but definitely feeling discouraged with my negative test today.

Was supposed to start AF yesterday still haven't started but test still negative.
