I've recently started getting really bad migraines again, where my hands go numb and eyes go blurry and they make me vomit. I've always struggled with them but they went away for the long gest time. Anyway, it's starting to interfere with work because I have to call in. Its only happened 2x but my employer is making a big deal about it. Would my dr be able to write me a note just stating what I'm going through and that they should be excused absences?
