Is it possible to breastfeed only twice a day and still maintain a supply?

My son will be one year old next month, and I would like to wean to where I don’t need to pump at work anymore.. in an ideal world I would still breastfeed him when he wakes up (around 6am) and at bedtime (around 8pm) and he would be on cows milk or formula during the day. Is it possible to still do those two feedings and not have to pump? Even with up to 14 hours between without pumping? Would it be best to still try and pump mid-day if only once a day? I love breastfeeding, but after a year of pumping at work I would really like to be done with pumping
