HELP! Fertility appointment, what should I expect?

So I have an appointment in about a week to figure out what’s going on as my husband and I have been TTC for a year. I have no idea what to expect, what questions to ask, or what questions they’ll ask me. Can you help me please? I’m super scared and nervous but excited?

Write down all your questions and bring them with you so you don’t forget any. I brought like a list of 30. Also bring any prior tests you’ve done and if you have tracked ovulation I’d bring a list of your cycle length, usual ovulation days, and luteal phase length. The more data you give them the better.
They’ll most likely start by ordering bloodwork for you, ultrasound, and a semen analysis for your partner.  Then more testing for you like hsg and saline sonogram and endo biopsy.
