Can nausea start in 2nd trimester...?

Hello ladies im currently 25 weeks pregnant and i had nausea maybe 3 times my first trimester and i didn't experience morning sickness like most ladies...but now im 25 weeks and i have had nausea and headaches twice in the same week is that common and did it happen to anyone else...?

My nausea got 3X worse into my second trimester. I’ve been vomiting and dehydrated and not able to eat the entire time so far 🤷🏼‍♀️

It could be a uti. Nausea was my only symptom when I was pregnant with my third.
