what is going on
i have been getting really bad stomach pain for a week now and has been getting worse. i feel really dizzy when i stand and feel like throwing up all the time but only threw up once today. i get chills at random times and keep waking up more then once during the night. this has been happening since march but back then i thought it was nothing but a few months have past and it has gotten worse. anyone got any idea what this is?
