NAUSEOUS but no sick yet

Can someone help? I am only just 6 weeks today and feel like I can’t do this, I have felt sick all day every day.. for days. And I know I have such a long road ahead of me.. I feel like I am poorly, like I’m hungover or something.. any suggestions? I don’t kno what to do..
