Waiting game🙄

Okay so me and my SO we’ve been having sex without protection and during my ovulation we’ve had sex b2b three days in a row and he has came in me all three🤦🏾‍♀️.But ive been very emotional my stomach was hurting after and it finally stopped and it was blood with my discharge a few days after. and my period doesnt come on till sept 6. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant or should I wait it out.
