Throbbing pain after sex😿

I have the Kyleena IUD. Never had these issues with my Skyla IUD. So a couple of weeks ago I posted that I was having a small sharp pain around my right ovary when I’d get on top during sex, well today I got that same pain and seconds after my whole uterus/vagina felt that sharp pain, feels like when I got inserted. Still in pain as I’m typing this, feels like a huge horrible cramp. I’m starting to think this isn’t normal. Also my nipples have been very sensitive, already took a pregnancy test and it’s negative. Is this normal or should I go to the ER? My doctors office is closed today.
