hello ladies this is my new plan for next 20 days..i hope i will try to do my best and lose about 2.5 kg..now 64 and target is 62kg..i cant do exercise because i feel fatigued and dull in whole day..so its hard for pcos women to lose...i will try to do my best for becomimg a healthy mom..good luck to all
