Am I pregnant?

I’ve had many symptoms since 3 dpo. Acid reflux, spitting up, heart burn, cramps on both sides, bloated, twinges where my uterus is, Nausea, achey, lower back pain, constipation, sore breasts, and darkened nipples and areolas. My period isn’t due for another week. usually I don’t get cramps and pms symptoms til a few days before ugh never felt this way before
