Is this cream great for face rash ? Any recommendation s

For a rash, you’ll want to get a balm or ointment, not a cream. Something that’s a protective barrier.  Petroleum jelly is good and it’s cheap.  You can also use it for other things like a diaper rash too.

Depends on what is causing the face rash.

If it is eczema it will be great but if it’s a drool rash etc then some baby aquaphor works well!
