So, my husband and I have been talking about ttc for a while now. He has always been stressed about it, but he literally stresses and overthinks everything, so this wasn’t anything out of the norm.

Over a month ago, I made an appointment to have my IUD removed. The appointment is Tuesday. We were planning on waiting until November to actual behind trying to get pregnant. He told me last night that he wants me to cancel the appointment.

He tried out for American idol and actually made it through. We should be getting an email this week to see if they will invite him for the next round of auditions. He wants to see if this works out, and if he does then he wants to put off TTC until after the American Idol process. If it doesn’t work out with them, then we can begin ttc. I get his thought process and reasoning. I’m just sad that he waited until just a few days before my appointment to tell me.

I want him to follow his dreams and everything he is saying make total sense and I completely understand. I’m just sad that we are putting it off even longer now. 😩
