Cramping only on left side?!

Mommas, I’m 4 weeks and 1 day and ever since finding out I’m pregnant I’ve only had cramps on my left side! I normally ovulate from my left ovary so I’m used to having cramps on my left side, but is this normal? Of course Google has me freaking out it may be an ectopic pregnancy, but please tell me I’m not alone!

I’ve been experiencing this a well and I’m 5w5d I have appt tomorrow and possibly getting ultrasound , really hoping it’s normal cramping 😭

I’m 4 weeks & 2 days and have had on and off mild cramping on the left side mostly too, along with low back pain.

Cramping is normal as long as it’s not followed by extreme pain or blood. With both pregnancies I always had cramping in the early stage. And I’m now currently 3 weeks 4 days and I’ve experienced cramping as well. Nothing major though just slight cramps on the left side. It comes and goes
