Is it gas pain?
I am 14weeks 5days today.Since yesterday I am having dull abdominal ache as well as dull chest pain.Whenever I get up from the bed or shift sides or climb stairs I feel dull pain in my pelvic area as well.Today whole day I had bad headache too..is this normal? has anyone experienced these symptoms?
