Really scared I could hurt my baby

I am 12 weeks pregnant and I live in Texas where the heat is no joke I have no car no double stroller I have my one year old who weighs 20 lbs and at this point he’s pressing on my stomach and I have serious pelvic and hip pain I’m so scared I can hurt my baby what should I do ladies ?
